I art directed, designed and animated the title sequence for "This Organic Life", a travelogue series that takes you on a journey through the bountiful farms of the Hudson Valley region in Upstate NY. Directed by the highly acclaimed Joey Carey, who has produced award-winning titles such as "Jiro Dreams of Sushi," and hosted by Wen-Jay Ying, founder of Local Roots NYC, a Brooklyn-based CSA, market and café, this series presents an exploration of the local food culture. As we venture through the rolling hills and green valleys of this picturesque region (which also happens to be where I live), we discover the stories, struggles, and triumphs of the hardworking farmers who sustainably cultivate the land and bring fresh, delicious produce to our tables.

To give the animation a tactile, hand-crafted feel I opted to use a collage approach as a way to capture the essence of the region's sustainable farming practices, local food culture, and hardworking farmers.
