Thank you for considering me for your next animated project. As a solo creator, I'm able to expand my team to fit any need your project requires, allowing me to work with the best talent available to deliver the highest quality results. Here's a step by step guide to how we'd get that done
1. Brief & Research
Every project starts with a conversation about an idea. What are some desired outcomes of this project and who is your target audience? How will success be measured? What ROI are you aiming for through creating this project? Together, we identify your goals and how our animated content can help fulfill them.
2. Script & Concept
Before a single image is put into motion, we talk with you to plan out the concept, which is then brought to life through the script. A successful project always starts with a script. If you already have one then great, if not we can help with that.
3. Moodboards
We'll present you with a few moodboards (sort of like a Pinterest page) to explore various art styles, color schemes, and design directions. This helps us to identify the visual direction that best fits your brand and messaging.
4. Storyboards
Storyboards are a series of sketches that show how the script will play out – scene by scene. Creating a storyboard is an essential step in checking if the concept is going to work and if the messaging is clear. It's crucial to working out the overall direction of the project before going into full production.
5. Styleframes & Visual Design
Here's where we really nail down the look of your project. Based on the feedback we've received from you on the previous steps, I'll create 2-3 custom, full-color scenes that will give you an accurate idea of what the finished video will look like. After your sign off, I'll then go on to create the final visuals and all the necessary assets, which could include characters, dynamic type or logo treatments and backgrounds.
6. Voice Over
The most engaging male or female voices are selected from our pool of talent to record the contents of the script. The perfect voice reinforces the message of the video and can make a world of a difference.
7. Animation & Sound Design
Finally, after all the necessary pre-production of the previous steps have been completed, I can animate the characters and scenes, carefully timing the visuals to match the voiceover and adding sound effects and music. We'll review the video together and make any necessary edits or changes to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
During the entire process, I maintain open communications with you to ensure all our benchmarks are met and that the final product meets your objectives. My goal throughout is to deliver a high-quality animated video that effectively conveys your message to your target audience.
